Objective:Observe the clinical characteristics of patients with coronary heart disease combine impaired Helicobacter pylori infection,analysis about the relationship Helicobacter pylori infection and the severity of coronary atherosclerosis,carotid plaque,inflammation,blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:The study population divided into two groups according to pylori infection:HP(+)group and HP(-)group,both underwent coronary angiography for coronary heart disease.A total of 161 patients agreed to complete all items check.There are 82patients from HP(+)group and 79 patients from HP(-)group.Collecting datas of the patients’body mass index,age,sex,smoking history,HBP,diabetes,the blood lipid,hs-CRP,the results of coronary angiography and carotid ultrasonography.Results:(1)There are no statistical differences of sex,age,blood glucose,smoking history,BMI,HBP,diabetes between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)In the HP(+)group,the levels of HDL-C,LDL-C are(0.85±0.30)mmol/L,(3.01±0.65)mmol/L,In the HP(-)group,the levels of HDL-C,LDL-C are(1.05±0.25)mmol/L,(2.68±0.56)mmol/L,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);In the HP(+)group,the levels of hs-CRP are(7.98±1.71)mmol/L.In the HP(-)group,the levels of hs-CRP are(6.38±1.05)mmol/L,and the difference is statistically significant(t=-7.179,P<0.001).(3)The HP(+)group with a higher proportion of acute coronary syndrome(ACS),while HP(-)group with a higher proportion of CAD,the difference is statistically significant(χ~2=29.69,P<0.001).The HP(+)group with a higher proportion of incidence of carotid plaques,the difference is statistically significant(χ~2=6.726,P=0.012).The HP(+)group with a higher proportion of unstable plaque,while HP(-)group with a higher proportion of stable plaque,the difference is statistically significant(χ~2=17.08,P<0.001).In the HP(+)group,the levels of CIMT are(1.21±0.22)mm.In the HP(-)group,the levels of CIMT are(0.97±0.17)mm,and the difference is statistically significant(t=-9.209,P<0.001).(4)The HP(+)group with a higher proportion of triple vessel coronary artery lesions,while HP(-)group with a higher proportion of single vessel coronary artery lesions,the difference has a statistically significant(χ~2=9.057,P=0.011).Comparation of Gensini score,and there is statistical differences between HP(+)group[78(36,98)]and HP(-)group[50(34,78)](U=-3.289,P=0.001).(5)In HP(+)group,CIMT were correlated with hs-CRP(r=0.611,P<0.001),LDL-C(r=0.449,P<0.001),Gensini Score(r=0.365,P=0.001)and HDL-C(r=-0.363,P=0.001).In HP(-)group,CIMT were correlated with hs-CRP(r=0.323,P=0.04),LDL-C(r=0.299,P=0.007),HDL-C(r=-0.233,P=0.039).Conclusion:(1)In patients with CHD,HP infection may be correlated with that raise the higher levels of LDL-C and hs-CRP,reduce the level of HDL-C.(2)HP infection may be correlated with the the severity of CHD.
