A Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Caused By Late Menstruation (Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm Dampness Syndrome) With Self-made Diversion Decoction And Ear Acupoints

Purpose: To observe the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with ear acupoints in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(spleen deficiency phlegm dampness syndrome)and to assess the reliability of the traditional Chinese medicine,then provides the treatment basis for the polycystic ovary syndrome caused by late menstruation(spleen phlegm dampness syndrome).Method: Select 60 cases that meet the standard of the disease.To prevent the cases from falling off,the other 20% patients are added and altogether there are 72 cases.Divide these cases into experimental group and control group,make sure that the cases are 36 in both group.Experimental group: self-made complex soup with auricular,traditional Chinese medicine decoction juice 300 ml,once a day and sub-service in the morning and evening,began taking oral when the menstrual is over,even served 3 weeks withdrawal,and three menstrual cycle is a treatment period without any other drugs;use the king without row of seeds according to acupressure pressure,morning,noon and evening massage 15-20 minutes,7 days replacement,every week press pressure once,menstrual disabled,use three weeks,once every 3 menstrual cycle.During treatment,ask the patient to pay attention to diet regulation,such as bogey hair,sweets,limit the diet of fat content,choose nutritional and with reasonable food,exercise more,especially aerobic exercise,besides urge the patient to avoid cold and keep good mood.Control group: take a separate self-made complex soup,medication with the former.Observe the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment of patients and then evaluate the efficacy.Result: Observe the 72 cases in the experimental group and the control group,after one course of treatment,5 cases were cured in the experimental group of 36 cases,the effective rate was 13.89%;22 cases markedly effective rate was 61.11%;7 cases,Effective 19.44%;Invalid in 2 cases,inefficient 5.56%.The total effective rate was 94.44%.In the control group of 36 patients,3 cases were cured,the effective rate was 8.33%;18 cases markedly effective 50%;11 cases effective,effective rate was 30.56%;Invalid in 4 cases,inefficient 11.11%.The total effective rate was 88.89%.Conclusion: Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(Spleen Deficiency and Phlegm Dampness Syndrome)and the Self-made Decoction are both good treatment,and Treating the Disease with Self-made Diversion Decoction is more effective.
