| Objective:To detect the expression of Caveolin-1 and Met in borderline normal skin of tumor,actinic keratosis,bowen disease and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(cscc),and analyse the differences in their expression,seek new targets for the treatment of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma。Methods:55 cases of specimen and 12 cases of borderline normal skin of tumor were selected from Nanjing Medical University,Suzhou Hospital,Department of Dermatology,between 2010 and 2016,which were clearly diagnosed by pathologist.There were 19 cases in AK,17 cases in BD,19 cases in cSCC.The selected pieces of wax were continuously sliced and immunohistochemical method was used to detect the collected tissue samples Caveolin-1 and Met.Results:1.The expression of Caveolin-1 was found in the cell membrane.The expression of Met was found in the cell membrane and cytoplasm.The expression of caveolin-1 and Met in borderline normal skin of tumor was observed in the basal cells.2.The positive expression rate of caveolin-1 in borderline normal skin of tumor,actinic keratosis,bowen disease and cutaneous squamous cell carcinom was 16.7%,36.8%,52.9%,78.9%respectively.The positive expression rate of Met in bo rderline normal skin of tumor,actinic keratosis,bowen disease,cutaneous squamo us cell carcinom was 8.3%,26.3%,58.8%,84.2%respectively.The positive express ion rate of caveolin-1 and met was gradually increased in four groups.Caveolin-1 and Met expression in squamous cell carcinoma was found a clear positive correlation(r=0.484,p=0.036).Conclusions:The positive expression rate of Caveolin-1 and Met in four groups showed a gradual increased trend.By correlation,Caveolin-1 and Met showed a positive correlation in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,suggesting that both may play a positive role in the development of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin. |
