Objective:This experiment was to study the spleen nourishing the stomach on H22 tumor-burdened mice immune regulation,and discusses its mechanism of action.Methods:Establish H22 tumor-burdened using cyclophosphamide in mice immunosuppression model is set up;The immune organ weight method for determining the viscera index of thymus and spleen;Carbon clearance method mononuclear-the phagocytosis of macrophage in mice;Determined by MTT method after ConA induced a tumor-burdened T lymphocyte proliferation response in mice and the killing activity of NK cells in the spleen cell suspension;Using flow cytometry in mouse spleen cell suspension content of CD4~+CD25+Treg cells.Results:Spleen and nourishing the stomach can obviously increase the H22 tumor-burdened immunosuppressive mice spleen index;Immunosuppressive mice spleen and nourishing the stomach can obviously increase the H22 tumor-burdened phagocytosis index;Immunosuppressive mice spleen and nourishing the stomach can obviously increase the H22 tumor-burdened NK cell killing activity and lymphocyte proliferation after ConA induced differentiation ability;Spleen and nourishing the stomach can obviously increase the H22 mice a tumor-burdened content of CD4~+CD25+Treg cells in peripheral blood.To sum up,the spleen and nourishing the stomach before from multiple targets,multiple perspectives,multi-level give play to the role of immune regulation,improve the condition of low immune function caused by cyclophosphamide,in order to improve the immune function in patients with tumor.Conclusion:Spleen and nourishing the stomach can promote the proliferation of immune cells,improve the activity of immune cells,killing activity of NK cells,still can reduce the content of CD4~+CD25+Treg,reduce its inhibitory effect on the immune function,indirectly enhance the body's immune function,so as to alleviate the damage effect of cyclophosphamide on the body's immune function.
