Objective: Through identification and detection on occupational disease hazard in a city rubber factory,we aimed to make risk assessment on occupational risk factors in construction projects and evaluate its impact of danger degree on workers’ health with Chinese quantitative classification of occupational hazards method,Singapore semi-quantitative risk assessment method(MOM)and the Romania career accident and occupational risk assessment method(MLSP),We also aimed to evaluate the advantages,disadvantages a nd applicability of those three occupational hazards protection meas urements and to provide data for occupational health risk assessmen t system and propose well-focused management and suggestions acc ording to the harm and risk levels of occupational diseases.Mathods: According to related standards and technical specification,we recognize and analyze the occupational risk factors among research objects with engineering analysis and occupational hygiene survey method.We found out the types,distributions and major production exciting in manufacture process and working positions.We detect density or intensity of occupational risk factors via inspection and test method in manufacture places to analyze occupational risk status of rubber construction project.We also used three species risk assessment methods,Chinese quantitative classification of occupational hazards method,MOM method and t he MLSP method,to do occupational risk assessment on research objects and to assess the degree of occupational hazards in the workplace and the impact on workers ’ health,simultaneously,we can determine the key point to control occupational risks and propose reasonable feasible occupational risk control measurements.Results: 1.the main occupational against factors of construction project ware dusts,chemical factors and physical factors.The dusts contained carbon black dust,limestone dust and Silicon dust.Chemical factors included benzene,toluene,xylene,ethyl benzene,styrene,carbon tetrabromide,acetone,methyl ethyl ketone,n-Hexane,cyclohexane,n-Heptane,sulfur dioxide,carbon disulfide,dichlor omethane,1,2-Dichloroethane,ethylene glycol,isopropyl alcobol,hydrogen sulfide and non-methane total hydrocarbon.Physical factor s were noiseand high temperature.2.Field detection results showed that qualification ratio of chemical factors was 100%;of noise was 86.6%,of dust was 92.6%,of silic on dust was50%.3.The key points of control factors on rubber factory occupational hazards were noise,silicon dust,toluene,ethyl benzene and n-Hexane.4.Quantitative classification of occupational hazard results showed that mold sand silica dust hazard leveled III(high risk work),mixing workers exposed to noise hazard level for class I(mildly hazardous jobs),others for level 0(relatively innocuous job).MOM half quantitative risk assessment method evaluation results showed that job positions of manual coating workers exposed to methylbenz ene,automatically coating workers and sulphurating workers had medium risk,mixing workers who contacted dimethylbenzene and open-roll workers who contacted hexane and dimethylbenzene and sulphulrating workers exposed to sulfur dioxide and carbon tetrachloride existed low risks,and open refining workers contact xylene,other job post risk can ignored;MLSP occupational risk assessment method evaluation results displayed that mixing workers,open-roll workers,manual coating workers,sand blasting workers who contacted noise existed medium risk which led to hearing loss,mixing workers exposed to hexane,automatical coating workers,manual coating workers contacted methylbenzene and ethylbenzene would lead to mucous membrane irritation and acute toxicoses,mold spray sand workers contacted Silicon dust would had a medium risk which would lead to anthrasilicosis;remaining jobs contact of occupational against factors are for low risk or very low risk.5.Those three risk assessment methods can be used do the rubber manufacture risk assessments,and provide data for occupational health risk assessment system.However,quantitative classificatio n of occupational hazards method in China can only classify the r isk factors,it has some limitations on risk assessment.MOM method can only do assessment on chemical factors,while MLSP method can do assessment on chemical factors,dusts and physical fators.MOM and MLSP are competitive on the same chemical.Conclusion: Three methods of Chinese quantitative classification o f occupational hazards method,MOM and MLSP can be used for rubber manufacture risk assessments at different angles and provide classification data for assessing occupational risk factors assessment system.Classify work places occupational degree has important significance for job damage degree grading,especially for those job position who has much occupational risks,which has a consistency with MOM and the MLSP method.On the circumstance that for occupational risk factors are not excessive,Chinese quantitative classification of occupational hazards method grading for 0 level(relative harmless job),however,when we used MOM method and the MLSP method for career health risk assessment like some has volatile sex of organic solvent which were not beyond the limited value,we can still find risks among them.
