Objectives:To observe the serum of hs-CRP(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein),IL-6(interleukin-6)levels and M/H ratio(Monocyte/HDL cholesterol ratio)changes before and after radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation patients.Analyze its correlation with the recurrence of atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation.Explored the application value of relevant indicators at patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation. Methods: From April 2015 to August 2016,selected 124 cases of the non-valvular atrial fibrillation from cardiology of hospital of Hunan province, based on clinical manifestations were divided into 74 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group and the group of 50 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.Collected blood samples from patients before24 h of operation, after 1 week, after 1 month and 3 months. The serum of hs-CRP,IL-6 levels and M/H ratio were detected and heart function were compared through echocardiography.Results:1)Paroxysmal AF and persistent AF group of patients' age, history of alcohol, tobacco,BMI,hypertension, history of diabetes and other general clinical data did not see obvious difference(P > 0.05).2)The levels of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 in the patients withparoxysmal atrial fibrillation without recurrence at 1week postoperatively were significantly lower than preoperation(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in serum level between 1 month and 1 week postoperatively(P > 0.05).After 3 months, the level increased than 1week postoperatively(P <0.05).The levels of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 in the patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation recurrence at 1week postoperatively were significantly lower than preoperation(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in serum level between 1 month and 1week postoperatively(P > 0.05).After 3 months, the level increased than1 week postoperatively(P <0.05).Patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation recurrence were significantly higher than patients without recurrence at 3 months postoperatively(P <0.05).The levels of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 in the patients with persistence atrial fibrillation without recurrence at 1week postoperatively were significantly lower than preoperation(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in serum level between 1 month and 1 week postoperatively(P > 0.05).After 3 months, the level increased than 1 week postoperatively(P <0.05).The levels of serum hs-CRP and IL-6 in the patients with persistence atrial fibrillation recurrence at 1week postoperatively were significantly lower than preoperation(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in serum level between 1 month and 1 week postoperatively(P > 0.05).After 3 months, the level increased than 1week postoperatively(P <0.05).Patients withpersistence atrial fibrillation recurrence were significantly higher than patients without recurrence at 3 months postoperatively(P <0.05).3)The ratio of M / H of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation without recurrence at follow-up was no significantly difference than preoperative. There was no significant difference in the ratio of M / H of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation recurrence between 1 month and 1 week postoperatively(P > 0.05).At 3 months postoperatively, the ratio of M / H were significantly higher than preoperative and 1 week postoperatively(P <0.05).The ratio of M / H of patients with persistence atrial fibrillation without recurrence at follow-up was significantly lower than preoperative(P <0.05).The ratio of M / H of patients with persistence atrial fibrillation recurrence at 1 week postoperatively was significantly lower than preoperative(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the ratio of M / H of patients with persistence atrial fibrillation recurrence between 1 month and 1 week postoperatively(P > 0.05).At 3 months postoperatively, the ratio of M / H was significantly higher than 1 week postoperatively(P <0.05).4)LAD was decreased in the group of successful of Persistent AF ablation(P<0.05),there was no significant change in the recurrence group.Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group LAD had no significant change after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF between the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation andPersistent AF patients with successful operation and ablation recrudesced(all P>0.05).Conclusions:1)3 month after radiofrequency ablation of the hs-CRP,IL-6 serum levels and M/H ratio is associated with recurrence after radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation.2)the LAD value of the successful group gradually decreased at persistent AF patients.
