Objective: To establish a practical human resource management information system which can reduce the cost of human resources and enhance the efficiency of human resource management in the general hospitals of Grade A and Grade III.Research object and method: The research object of this paper is the human resources management of the affiliated hospital of Jiangnan University.Before the study,the author fully understands the application of human resource management system in Wuxi city,and carries on the research on human resource management of Jiangnan University.Analysis.In the study,the application of the method is mainly reading and interviewing the literature: I collected and read a lot of relevant literature,knowledge in the literature on the basis of building a relatively adaptable Jiangnan University human resources management system,and Jiangnan University The main administrative departments of the hospital through the interview method of the system construction,promotion of the analysis and improvement.Enhance the adaptability of the system and the hospital,and strengthen the scientific nature of the system.Results: After the reading of the literature and the analysis of the condition of Jiangnan University Hospital,the author designed a human resource management system suitable for Jiangnan University Hospital.The system is in line with the hospital human resources management information system fully embodies the modern human resources management concept,Simple and other basic requirements,while in line with the system,integrity,self-help and other principles.In addition,Jiangnan University Hospital has also made a re-planning and design for personnel,hierarchical,personalized development of various types of talent development strategy,and gradually improve the quality of medical,teaching and research personnel,for the next human resources management system Promotion and lay a solid foundation.In addition,the author makes an analysis based on the basic information module,the recruitment module and so on,and discusses the feasibility and scientificity of the system.Finally,in the discussion,the author analyzes the results of the interview,discusses the views and opinions of the major administrative function departments of Jiangnan University Hospital,and sums up the opinions and suggestions of the relevant personnel to promote the system.Conclusion: According to the characteristics of human resource management in Jiangnan University Hospital,this paper analyzes the existing human resource management processes,fully reference the specific requirements of hospital planning,overall planning and design of the objectives,overall structure of the human resources management information system,Then the functional design of each module was made according to the problems encountered by the hospital.Finally,the possible problems of the system implementation were analyzed.I hope that the human resources information system can be built in the hospital to invest a certain amount of funds,relying on advanced database and network technology,the final implementation of human resources management system.This is bound to improve the efficiency of hospital human resources management,full of different levels of hospital staff services.
