Objective:This study researched whether the SPEM1 mRNA in patients with teratozoospermia is expression reduced by observing the clinical effect of Jujing granulation on teratozoospermia and the expression of SPEM1 mRNA further explored whether Jujing granulation can improve the expression of SPEM1 mRNA in the treatment of teratozoospermia.Method:In this study,20 patients with teratozoospermia were included in the treatment group,and 20 cases of fertile men as the control group.The two groups both ranged in age from 24 to 40.This experiment compared the expression level of SPEM1 mRNA between two groups of semen,and analysed the relationship of the expression level of SPEM1 mRNA between them.Besides,after a course of treatment,analyzed the changes of semen related parameters and SPEM1 mRNA expression in treatment group before and after treatment with JuJing granulation.At the same time,compared the relationship between the parameters of semen and the level of SPEM1 mRNA expression in the treatment group after treatment and control group.Results:There is a statistical difference between the treatment group before treatment and the control group in the expression level of SPEM1 mRNA Mrna(P<0.01).The expression level of SPEM1 mRNA in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.01),and after treatment,the expression level of SPEM1 mRNA in the treatment group was no statistical difference from that in the control group(P>0.05).The sperm density,A-level sperm motility,normal sperm morphologic rate and sperm head deformity rate in treatment group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between the expression level of the SPEM1 mRNA and the normal sperm morphologic rate and the sperm head deformity rate(The correlation coefficients are0.97?-0.47,P values were<0.01?<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of SPEM1 mRNA in teratozoospermia is lower than that of normal people.Jujing granulation can improve sperm density,A-level sperm motility,normal sperm morphologic rate and sperm head deformity rate in patients with teratozoospermia and significantly increase the expression level of SPEM1 mRNA.
