Investigating The Effect Of New Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On HuaTanXiaoYu Decoction

Objective:To study the new treatment based on reducing phlegm and removing stasis;To explore the clinical efficacy of CAG patients without Hp infection treated by moistening dryness,reducing phlegm and removing stasis,and CAG patients with Hp infection treated by eliminating dampness,reducing phlegm and removing stasis;To provide immu-serological objective evidence for eliminating dampness,reducing phlegm and removing stasis method on CAG patients(dampness retention type)by detecting the change of serum G-17,PGI,PGII,and IL-6.Methods:1.63 outpatients diagnosed of CAG without Hp infection were selected and randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(31 cases),and were respectively given HuaTanXiaoYu decoction and RunZaoHuaTanXiaoYu decoction twice a day for 3 months,and the improvement of pathological signs and TCM symptoms was observed.2.66 outpatients diagnosed of CAG with Hp infection were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 33 cases in each group.Quadri-combination therapy of amoxicillin,furazolidone,PPI and bismuth preparations were given to control group for 2 weeks and HuaTanXiaoYu decoction for next two months,while the same Quadri-combination therapy with ZaoShiHuaTanXiaoYu decoction was given to observation group for 2 weeks and ZaoShiHuaTanXiaoYu decoction for next 2 months.And the efficacy of pathological signs,TCM symptoms and the levels of serum G-17,PGI,PGII,and IL-6 was observed.Results:1.After the treatment of 63 outpatients diagnosed of CAG without Hp infection,the improvement of other symptoms and pathological signs was obvious in each group(P<0.05),except for the unobvious improvement of dry mouth symptom in control group(symptom integrals before and after treatment are 4.59±2.64 and 3.38±2.72 respectively,P>0.05).The symptom and pathological integrals between control group and observation group after treatment had statistic difference(integral differences of control group and observation group are 0.69±0.54 and 1.10±0.47 respectively,P<0.05).2.After the treatment of 66 outpatients diagnosed of CAG with Hp infection,the eradication rate of Hp in observation group(93.94%)was higher than control group(75.76%),with difference between the two groups had statistical significance.Only the efficacy of gastrectasia symptom in control group was better than that before treatment(symptom integrals before and after treatment are 3.09±2.65 and 1.64±2.00 respectively,P<0.05),while the improvement of gastraligia,body weight difficulties,loose stool,poor appetite and ozostomia was unobvious(P > 0.05),and the pathological signs had significant improvement;the efficacy of TCM symptoms and pathological signs(integrals before and after treatment are 2.03±0.68 and 1.06±0.83 respectively,P<0.05)was obvious in observation group after treatment.And the efficacy of TCM symptoms was obvious in control group,with obvious improvement of pathological signs(integrals before and after treatment are 1.88±0.70 and 0.52±0.57 respectively,P<0.05).The difference of serum G-17,PGI,PGII and IL-6 between two groups had statistic significance(P<0.05).And the differences of TCM symptoms,pathological signs(integral differences for control grservation group are 0.97±0.68 and 1.36±0.70 respectively)and serum markers level between the two groups had statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The efficacy of Run ZaoHuaTanXiaoYu decoction in treatment of pathological reversal and TCM symptoms,especially dry mouth symptom of CAG patients,is better than traditional HuaTan XiaoYu decoction.2.The efficacy of ZaoShiHuaTanXiaoYu decoction in treatment of pathological reversal and TCM symptoms of CAG patients(dampness retention type)is better than traditional HuaTanXiao Yu decoction,and increases the eradication rate of Hp while being more effective in improving the levels of serum G-17,PGI,PGII and IL-6.
