| ObjectiveBy randomized,prospective study of experimental methods,Jiangfangzhitongtang treatment of acute gouty arthritis in patients with clinical efficacy,laboratory indicators and other aspects of observation and research,Preliminary study of the side of the patient’s symptoms and signs of acute gouty arthritis,safety and adverse reactions for the clinical treatment of this disease program to optimize the selection of practical clinical trial data.MethodsAll 60 subjects were from the Department of Endocrinology and Outpatient of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the clinical symptoms,signs,related medical history and related test results of the patients,acute gouty arthritis was diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria.Accumulation of heat dampness certificate.According to the order of treatment,check the random number table will be divided into treatment group,the control group of 30 cases.The control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets(Futalin,Beijing Novartis Pharmaceutical Co,75 mg × 10 tablets / box)once daily for 1 tablet orally for 1 week for one course of treatment.The treatment group on the basis of the control group to the traditional Chinese medicine(self-Jiangfangzhitongtang decoction),each bag 100 ml,2 times a day,each oral 1 bag;after 1 course,to observe and evaluate the clinical symptoms of patients in each group(TCM syndrome),serum uric acid(UA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and safety indicators: blood(red blood cells,white blood cells,platelets,hemoglobin and other indicators),liver function(Alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase and other indicators),renal function(serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and other indicators)changes,statistical analysis of the relevant data to evaluate the prevention and treatment of Jiangfang zhitongtang on the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with acute gouty arthritis.Results1.Clinical efficacy comparison: The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome score comparison: after treatment,the two groups were significantly improved in patients with symptoms,but the treatment group in improving the symptoms of patients better than the control group(P<0.05).3.ESR,C-reactive protein comparison: After treatment,ESR and CRP in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the reduction of ESR and CRP in the two groups were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of uric acid: After treatment,the blood uric acid index of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the UA of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05).5.ALT,AST,BUN,SCr comparison: After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionTo Chinese medicine heat and dampness of the proposed medicine prescription Jiangfangzhitongtang joint with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis,reduce inflammatory index in patients with symptoms and symptoms of TCM syndrome score was significantly better than the clinical efficacy Diclofenac sodium alone sustained release tablets,Chinese medicine and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combined with no obvious side effects and side effects,safety for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis effective treatment for syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine Accumulation of dampness Accumulation of gout patients,it is worth further development and clinical promotion. |
