The Clinical Effective Study Of Umbilical Compress Therapy To Infant Rotavirus Enteritis Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Analysis

ObjectiveBased on the records of ancient traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)books,we searched for prescriptions related to pediatric diarrhea,systematically sorted out the therapeutic drugs for infant diarrhea,in order tu sum up the rules of drug use,and analyze high-frequency prescriptions and drugs.On this basis,select the high-frequency prescription producing the umbilical paste,then we explored the efficacy and safety of TCM umbilical compress therapy on children with rotavirus enteritis,and provide a reliable basis for the clinical application of umbilical therapy.Methods 1.Literature resaerchUsing the network resources of "Chinese Medical Code" as a data base and information platform,according to the above diarrheal disease name,"diarrhea","Xia Li" as the key words,extensive collection of ancient TCM literature.Enter the data upon the Excel software.Analyze the On the prescriptions and drugs treating children's diarrhea,and get the high-frequency prescriptions and drugs.2.Clinical researchAccording to the results of the first part,select the Dou Kou Xiang Lian Wan Decoction for clinical research.60 patients with pediatric rotavirus enteritis were collected in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province,30 patients in treatment group,and treated with basic western medicine(oral rehydration salt)plus Dou Kou Xiang Lian Wan Decoction dressing umbilicus(myrtle,woody,and berberine),30 patients were given basic western medicine(oral rehydration salt)plus smecta.Then observe the clinical efficacy of Dou Kou Xiang Lian Wan Decoction dressing umbilicus in treating viral enteritis in children.Results 1.There were 38 prescriptions included in this study.The syndromes included the spleen and stomach weak syndrome,the spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,the chronic food deficiency syndrome and damp-heat syndrome,and the prescription drugs included four types:invigorating spleen and invigorating qi drugs,dry wet antidiarrheal drugs,warming middle energizer stop diarrhea drugs and relieving diarrhea with astringent drugs.The higher frequency of 4 herbs was licorice,myrobalan,ginseng andatractylodes.We selected the Dou Kou Xiang Lian Wan Decoctionto the next study according to the pathogenesis and medication characteristics of children with diarrhea.2.The Chinese formula Dou Kou Xiang Lian Wan Decoction umbilical compress therapy can significantly improve the efficiency of rotavirus enteritis,reduce the stool frequency,improve stool texture,and relieve the companion symptoms of infantile diarrhea.ConclusionThe umbilical compress therapy of TCM Dou Kou Xiang Lian Wan Decoction was safe and effective,meanwhile,non-oral medication has obvious advantages of dosage forms,so it was worth promoting in clinical application.
