Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Damp-heat Pediatric Rotavirus Enteritis With Qiuyi I Prescription Combined With Navel Therapy

Objective:This study observed from clinical aspects of Prescription I for autumn diarrhea combined with navel therapy in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis clinical study with TCM damp-heat diarrhea syndrome differentiation standard.To provide a simple,convenient,inexpensive,and easy to understand and popularize TCM treatment for children with rotavirus enteritis.Method:In accordance with the inclusion criteria of 70 cases of damp heat type in children with rotavirus enteritis signed informed consent,were randomly divided into control group and treatment group 36 cases of 34 cases,including 10 cases of falling off,eventually into the research into the treatment group and the control group of 30 cases.The two groups were given liquid therapy,symptomatic support and other basic treatment.The control group was treated with Smecta combined with Bifico powder treatment.Usage:<1 year old Smecta 1 bags per day;1-2 years old children,daily 1-2 bag;2-3 years old children,2-3 bag,3 times a day;Bifico powder usage:warm boiling water.6 months-1 years old children,a pack of;1-3 years old children,a pack of 1 times a day,3 times a day.The treatment group was treated with QIUXIE No.1 decoction combined with navel therapy,Prescription I for autumn diarrhea(weigegen 4.5-6g,Poria cocos10g,Jiao haw 6-10g,dried tangerine peel 3-5g,Bamboo leaves 6g,Purslane 6g,Plantago 6-10g,Patchouli 5g),If it is partial damp of diarrhea,Prescription can add Alisma 6g If it is partial heat of diarrhea,Prescription can add pickpurse flower 6g and dijincao 6g.Decoction of Chinese medicine oral dosage and method:age 6 month-1.5Y:30ml/times,two times a day,after meals;1.5Y-3Y:60ml/times,two times a day,after meals.Navel(Wu Zhuyu,the 1 halves of gallnut mixed powder,blending with white vinegar and sticking on Shenque point),Above of the treatment are 5 days a course of treatment.The two groups were compared the differences between the two groups in improving clinical symptoms and shortening the course of disease were observed.We were able to compare the clinical efficacy of the two and compared statistically.We observed the total effective rate and clinical symptoms of the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy of the two groups.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 70%.The total effective rate of the 2 groups was statistically analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the treatatment group was 93.3%,the control group was 70%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the number of defecation times to normal time,fecal traits to normal time was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome score,the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment method of the combination of autumn diarrhea and navel therapy is an effective prescription for the treatment of TCM damp heat diarrhea.The treatment group had significant improvement in clinical symptoms and shorten the course of disease,better than the control group,and the cost is low,no side effects,relatively safe and effective,is worthy of clinical promotion of treatment.
