Objective: Retrospective analysis of the effect of University of Wisconsin organ preservation solution(abbreviated as UW solution)infection on postoperative recovery of liver transplant recipients with cardiac death(DCD).Methods: The clinical data of patients with allogeneic orthotopic liver transplantation from June 2014 to June 2017 in Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the criteria of inclusion and rejection,68 patients who met the study conditions were analyzed according to UW solution culture result,The UW solution culture of bacteria and / or fungal patients were classified as positive group, the culture of bacteria and / or fungus growth was not classified as negative group, the clinical data were analyzed statistically, compared with the first day,day 3,day 7,day7 and 10 days,Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartate transaminase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL)and direct bilirubin(DBIL)were used to elucidate the recovery of liver function.Serum creatinine(SCr)and urine output to determine whether there is acute kidney injury, observe the blood culture, ascites culture, catheter head culture and sputum culture and other results to understand the infection, analysis and understanding of two groups of patients transferred to intensive care unit(ICU)The number of days of treatment, the number of days after discharge and the early postoperative mortality were analyzed. The effects of UW solution on the recovery of liver transplantation were analyzed by analyzing the above indexes. Results: According to the UW liquid culture results,46 cases were positive and 22 were negative. The UW infection rate is about 67.6%.In 7 cases of UW liquid culture, two kinds of bacteria and/or fungi were grown. The rest was only one kind of bacteria or fungi. After statistical analysis, there was no significant difference in liver function recovery,ICU treatment time and hospital discharge days between the two groups of data.According to the definition of acute kidney injury(AKI),the incidence of AKI inthe positive group was 45.7%(21/46)significantly higher than that in the negative group(18.1%,4/22)(P<0.05).Chi-square test showed that there was a difference between the positive group and the negative group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.UW liquid culture see a case of bacteria or fungi, compared with the negative group, blood culture, ascites culture, catheter head culture, pleural effusion culture, sputum culture and death risk statistics no statistically significant difference, but UW liquid culture see two kinds The 7 cases of bacteria and/or fungi showed a difference in blood culture, ascites culture, and death risk compared with the negative group. No difference was found in other cultures. Conclusion: Through this sample observation, liver function recovery,ICU treatment time and the number of days of discharge and UW fluid infection has nothing to do.UW fluid infection will increase the risk of acute renal injury after liver transplantation.A bacterial or fungal case has no significant correlation to blood culture, ascites culture, catheter head culture, pleural fluid culture, sputum culture and death risk, but both bacteria and / or fungi will increase blood culture,The probability of death risk.
