Objective: To study the relationship between the polymorphism of MYH11 and TGFBR1 gene and the correlation of Debakey III of aortic dissection and the risk factors.Methods: a case-control study was conducted in 168 cases of aortic dissection Debakey III,and 226 cases in the control group without angiography.Clinical data were collected,blood samples were collected after extraction of DNA,using the rs115364997 tag SNP locus qRT-PCR detection of MYH11 gene and TGFBR1 gene(SNP1),rs117593370(SNP2),rs1626340(SNP3)genotyping,and of three SNP loci in the AD group for inspection and distribution in the control group,and analysis of genotype and allele.T test and logistic regression analysis were used to explore the relationship between genotypes of different loci and genetic risk and risk factors of Debakey type III aortic dissection.Results: there were significant differences in the genotype distribution between the MYH11 gene and the TGFBR1 gene polymorphic loci in the case group and the control group.The mutant homozygote genotypes of the case group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The allele frequencies of MYH11 gene and TGFBR1 gene polymorphic loci were significantly different in the case group and the control group.The frequency of C allele in SNP1 was significantly higher in the case group than in the control group(P < 0.05).3.adjusting for gender,age,risk of hypertension,dyslipidemia,smoking and other factors,multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the MYH11 gene locus rs115364997 and TGF beta 1 gene rs1626340 polymorphism with type III aortic dissection Debakey correlation,recessive model rs1626340 locus TGF beta1 gene dangerous disease for aortic dissection Debakey type models,after adjusting for confounders is associated(OR1.705,95%CI 1.166-1.494,P=0.006).Conclusion: The rs1626340,rs115364997 of TGF beta 1 genes of MYH11 gene are correlated with Debakey type III aortic dissection,and the risk of aortic dissection is increased by TGFbeta 1 gene rs1626340 mutation AAgenotype carrier.
