With the aggravating trend of aging population in China,People's demand for the quantity and quality of medical services continues to increase.Thorny social problems such as “difficult to see doctor”,“expensive to see doctor” and the tense relationship between medical staff and patients have emerged. The main reasons can be concluded as the drug maintaining doctors mechanism,Information asymmetry between doctors and patients and the multi-level drug distributions.Based on above background, the government began to carry out healthcare reforms such as separating medicine policy and Pharmacy Trusteeship Mode.Besides, for reducing intermediate links in drug circulation,Two Receipts Policy and One Receipt Policy have been piloted in many cities. However, there are few studies on the performance of healthcare reform from view of supply chain model in the academic circle.Applying game theory method, this paper try to construct the pharmacy supply chain models which consisting of the pharmaceutical enterprise, the distribution company and the hospital. The paper mainly contains three aspects.Firstly, constructing a two-echelon supply chain models which include the drug maintaining doctors mechanism and separating medicine and pharmaceutical services system respectively,at the same time, considering the influence of the hospital service level on the medical service demand and drug demand, this part studies on the influence of the implementation of medical service and medicine separation policy on the optimal equilibrium solutions of supply chain members under centralized and decentralized decision-making.The research found that after the implementation of separating medicine policy, the price of medical services will be adjusted according to patient characteristics become of the sharp drop in drug revenue of public hospitals.Secondly, the influences of the drug quality and hospital service level on the drug demand were considered in the model simultaneously. This part studies the impact of the current healthcare reform models on the main bodies of pharmaceutical supply chain by comparing the balanced decision-making and performance of the drug maintaining doctors mechanism, separating medicine policy and pharmacy trusteeship mode under the centralized and decentralized decision-making.Research found that the zero-addition policy can increase the quality of medicine circulating on the market and the drug price is related to the quality sensitivity coefficient and service sensitivity coefficient. In terms of patient welfare levels, the pharmacy trusteeship has the lowest performance-price ratio above three medical reform policies.Thirdly, based on the background of separating medicine policy, considered the supply chain models of Two Receipts Policy and One Receipt Policy respectively and taking into account the impact of hospital service and drug quality on demand simultaneously. This part analyzed the influence of two different medical supply chain structures on the performance of pharmaceutical companies, drug distribution enterprises and hospitals, and compares the choices of optimal strategies under decision-making and decentralized decision-making.It's found that the reduction of the distribution of drugs can not only improve the overall performance of the supply chain, but also promote the pharmaceutical industry to improve the drug quality and the cost-effective drugs can be re-circulated in the market.
