Effects Of Blood Homocysteine、Uric Acid And Carotid Plaques On Transient Ischemic Attack | | Posted on:2019-04-27 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:M Y Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2334330566464869 | Subject:Neurology | | Abstract/Summary: | | | Objective:To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine(HCY)and serum uric acid(UA)in patients with transient cerebral is-chemic attack(TIA)and its clinical significance.Methods:Forty patients with TIA who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2002 to June 2017 were randomly selected from group A,40 patients with TIA and 24-48 hours were confirmed by head CT or MRA.B group,and select the same period 40 cases of health examination in our hospital as a control group.Serum levels of homocysteine and serum uric acid were analyzed in all patients and healthy subjects.The A and B were examined by carotid artery ult-rasonography,and the carotid plaque were compared between the two gro-ups.Results:The differences of homocysteine and serum uric acid between the three groups were statistically significant.Compared with group B and control group(p <0.05),group A was higher than control group(p < 0.05).There were significant differences in the number of plaques and the number of plaques in the A and B groups(p <0.05).Conclusion:Increased blood homocysteine and elevated uric acid levels and carotid plaques,especially unstable plaques,may be a risk factor for TIA patients and an important risk factor for early stage of TIA.Early detection of blood homocysteine and uric acid Elevated levels and carotid plaques can be used as a basis for the assessment of TIA patients,and whether the further progress of TIA patients with cer-ebral infarction has a certain pre-dictive effect,it can be an early in-tervention,and thus prevent further progress of TIA patients with cer-ebral infarction. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | ransient ischemic attack, cerebral infarction, blood uric acid, blood homocysteine, carotid plaque | | Related items |
