Objective With the further development and improvement of mental health service pattern, the prevention and rehabilitation of diseases have gradually become the burden of the community.General practitioners will assume more professional work for related diseases. From 2014 onwards,a central district of Shanghai has carried out a training of general practitioners' psychiatric and psychological skills firstiy, then the health and family planning commission of this district issued “General practitioner-Psychological consultation” certificate to the staffs who are qualified. This study tries to obtain the feedback of quality by tracking and doing comprehensive evaluation,so as to find out the deficiencies and further improve the training program, then to get promotion experience, and provide scientific basis for government departments to formulate relevant policies. Methods This study takes the general practitioners who participated in the training program of psychiatric and psychological skills in 2015 and 2016 as the research object. The methods of literature analysis, expert consultations, questionnaires and focus interviews are used to collect informations.Based on Kirkpatrick model, analytic hierarchy process,multi-level fuzzy evaluation model, this paper does a overall evaluation. Results 1.Basic information of the respondents: The students lies in the 30 to 40 age group. The majority of students have bachelor's degree. Most of them are attending physician,ront-line staff.More than 90% of the students have worked more than 5 years.More than 75% of them are married.2.Training needs: The vast majority of students in the training were organized by the hospital.More than half of the students considered that it was necessary to take part in training and it was helpful for future work. All the teachers agreed that it was necessary for the general practitioners to participate in the standardized training of Psychiatry and Psychology.3.Before training: The students were satisfied with the arrangement of the training project and most of them are satisfied with “the teachers”;Some students considered that there may exist some difficulties because of the conflict between working and learning; The students thought that the most important courses were “physician-patient communication and stress management”,“diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases”,“psychological consultation and psychotherapy”;The teachers were satisfied with the training and organization, and they were mostly satisfied with “the arrangement”;The teachers thought that the most important courses were “preventive psychiatry”,“management and rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders”,”psychological consultation and psychotherapy”,“diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases”.4.In training:In all curriculums,“physician-patient communication and stress management”,“outline of mental health resource allocation” and “art therapy” earned the highest satisfaction evaluation; The satisfaction rate of the course and the satisfaction of the students to the teachers were basically corresponding to the satisfaction evaluation of curriculums.5.Post-training feedback: The students were generally satisfied with the training work, among which the evaluation of the teachers were the best;More than 80% of the students' self-evaluation of mastery degree were "very good" and "good";The majority of the students deemed that the curriculum content is appropriate, there was no need to increase or decrease the content; The most effective training method was case study; Most of the students were willing to apply their knowledge to practical work;86% of the students' attendance rate were more than 60%;Students' written examinations were all passed.6.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index from three levels: reaction, learning and behavior. The result of multi-level fuzzy evaluation shows that the training has 0.643 chance to be "very good" and "good",which is ideal. Conclusion 1.Both the students and teachers highly estimated the training program. The program has achieved some results. The experience can be used to the standardized management project of serious mental disorders,in which standardized psychiatric and psychological skills training are carried out to the general practitioners and public health professionals,in each district of Shanghai.2.There are some optimization in the programme: The teaching staff has been initially established, but there is no uniform training of teachers; There is no uniform standard training materials so yet;The training method is relatively simple;Conflict between working and learning is outstanding; The written examination results was used to be the sole indicator of whether the training is qualified, which is difficult to measure the effectiveness of training effectively and comprehensively; The general practitioners lack the initiative to participate in training, they need to improve the recognition of standardized training in psychiatry and psychology.
