Objective To analyze the correlation between Oxfordshire community stroke project(OCSP)classification and distribution of intracranial or extracranial vascular lesions, and to predict possible vascular or etiological factors in the early stage of the disease, and provide some help for effective treatment and prognosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 315 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to hospital from October 2016 to June 2017 in the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University, classified the patients according to the OCSP classification into total anterior circulation infarcts(TACI),partial anterior circulation infarcts(PACI),posterior circulation infarcts(POCI),lacunar infarcts(LACI).According to brain MRA,CTA and(or)DSA and other tests to identify the lesions of blood vessels, and make an analysis to the patient's vascular lesions. Results Among 315 patients, vascular stenosis was greater than 50% or occluded was distributed among various types: 95%(19/20)in TACI,54%(26/50)in PACI,and 35.6%(37/104)in POCI,and LACI 13.5%(19/140),TACI macrovascular lesions were the most,LACI least, the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).In 101 cases of all diseased vessels, the intracranial segment accounted for 70.3%(71/101),which was significantly more than the extracranial segment, the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).TACI lesions accounted for up to 63% of MCA(12/19),followed by ICAe(26%)(5/19).In POCI type cerebral infarction, the most common vertebral artery stenosis accounted for 59%(22/104).The most common cause of TACI is LAA,accounting for 80%,and LACI is most common in SAO,accounting for 66.7%,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusion 1.This study showed that in the OCSP classification of cerebral infarction, the LACI type is the most common, while the TACI type is the least.2.TACI type vascular stenosis was significantly higher than the other three types,MCA is the most common lesions, and the etiology is more common in LAA or CE.3.LACI vascular stenosis is significantly lower than other groups, the cause of more common in SAO.4.In POCI cerebral infarction with vertebral artery stenosis is the most common, but there is no significant difference in the intracranial and extracranial segments of the stenosis.
