Objective:To study the influence of inflammatory cytokines secreted from HaCa T cells under UVB radiation injury with the treatment of aqueous extract of lycium ruthenicum in Qinghai Qaidam.Method:We took the logarithmic growth phase cells as research object. The experimental group with UVB radiation injury for 12 hours and then added different concentrations(0.5、1.0、2.0mg/ml)of aqueous extract of lycium ruthenicum. The UVB model group and control group added only the same amount of culture media. After 12 hours of intervention, the cellular supernatant and precipitation were collected under 4℃,and the content of TNF-α and IL-6 of 5 groups of cellular supernatant and precipitation were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, the synthesis and secretion of TNF-α and IL-6 of HaCaT cells were siginificantly increaseed in the UVB model group(P < 0.05).While the synthesis and secretion of TNF-α and IL-6 of HaCaT cells were siginificantly reduced in the experimental group, and it presented the dose effect in a certain concentration range(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Inhibiting the synthesis and secretion of TNF-α and IL-6 may be one of the mechanism of the protection and repair of the queous extract of lycium ruthenicum in Qinghai Qaidam for the HaCaT cells under UVB radiation injury.
