Postmodernism is a very sophisticated social and cultural phenomenon, which itself is a kind of the post-modernism and the culture of ambiguity. Post-modernism emphasizes multicultural fusion, theoretically, postmodernism has no accurate conception. The key tone of it was to criticize and destroy the tradition culture. Thus this absolute denial spirit is not only pointing to traditional culture, but postmodernism itself. Unlike elite culture, mass culture has variety features and profound base within the people. With the advent of post-industrial, mass culture has been rather prevailing, thus the patterns of traditional culture have also changed. On the other hand, with the continuous development of science and technology, ceaseless improvements on visual and auditory expression, parody, ridicules and characters of deconstruction have beautified connotation and denotation of the animation. The reason why postmodernism has remarkable impact on animation is that animation is an art displayed with imaginary characters, which is coincided exactly with postmodernism. Via sarcasm, black humor and parody, it has changed the original binary-adverse world, so heroes tend to be more down-to-earth.
