On Translation Of 2010 US Dietary Guidelines

Recently, with the continuous and rapid economic development and increasing national power, the social wealth increased significantly. Meanwhile, our county begins to walk into the aging society. And both conscious on health and spending on costs of the individual have improved greatly. The major factors for health are positive mental attitude, fitting exercise,adequate sleep, balancing nutrition and so on. Moreover, China is a country with a large population. Therefore, understanding the implication of nutrition and forming a reasonable eating pattern is of great importance not only to our health but also to the overall population quality.With a long history and splendid culture, there are a large number of classic writings on how to keep healthy, which are worth being carried forward.
