New Jinling Painting Sketch Activities On Its Artistic Creation

New Jinling School plays an important role in PRC's art history, it rose abruptly after the10000 kilometers sketch from nature led by Fu Baoshi and other sketches around the nation, Fu Baoshi, Qian Songyan, Yaming, Song Wenzhi, Wei Zixi were the delegates of this School,and the School itself soon became an important School which had great effect on contempora ry Chinese art direction. They created lots of works which have lifestyle and past-time charact eristic, such as Jiang Shan Ru Ci Duo Jiao, Hong Yan, Chang Shu Tian, Chun Feng You Lv Ji ang Nan An, Nanjing Chang Jiang Da Qiao. These works were memories of landscapes in tha t age, and represented the landscape in China during the middle of 20 th century.This paper based on the 10000 kilometers sketch from nature led by Fu Baoshi, analyze t he origin and style of Neo Jinling School, and combine them with geographical location, histo rical background, discovering the progress of the School's birth and growth. Using an exampl e of the School itself struggling in Chinese art history to explain that the sketching act affects the innovation of Neo Jinling School. The sketching act makes a thinking about the sketching and creation in the whole nation. First, this paper discovered the birth and historical backgrou nd of Neo Jinling School, at the beginning of the birth of the School, Fu Baoshi, Qian Songya n, Yaming, Song Wenzhi, Wei Zixi had accumulated great fame, various regions, experiences, characteristics, masters makes different art style, makes the School abundant of various kind s of styles. Second, this paper put the development of Neo Jinling School into the change of P RC's political environment, explore the relationship between sketching and innovation, believ es that similar cultural and artistic environment affect each other, thus build the School. Third,this paper discussed the effect that sketching made to aesthetic value, hoping through the stud y to dig deeper into the relationship between sketching and creating. Last, looking for Neo Jin ling School's influence to contemporary painting, making statements that life makes sense to artistic innovation.
