Study On Li Bai’s Jinling Complex

LI Bai travelled in Jinling a good many times which scattered in his lifespan stretching across 36 years,wrote over a hundred pieces of Jinling poems which are almost one tenth of his total collection.That is second to none in both the writing histories of himself and the Tang Dynasty.With Three Poems for Jinling,the first nostalgic poems ever written there,LI Bai established his fame as starter of Jinling nostalgic literature.Jinling,by the accumulation of heart-bottom memory,is much more than a geogrophycal name for him,it infected his psychological structure and formed the unique Jinling complex which permeating his whole life.This article,based on the study of Jinling poems,pays attention to the relationship between Jinling local culture and LiBai’s literature creation as well as poet emotion,dip the complex relations between libai and Jinling.Jinling infected Libai in many aspects such as literature,real life,and mind state.This paper is divided into three part expect the introduction.Chapter one is about Jinling culture and LI Bai’s Jinling complex.This chapter defines the concept of Jinling culture,analyzes the cultural characteristics and emphasizes the important influence Jinling culture had on the formation of LI Bai’s Jinling complex.Chapter two studies Libai’s Jinling poems.This chapter analyzes how Jinling complex impacted LI Bai’s poetry creation through the study of the types and imagines of LI Bai’s Jinling poems,the interactive relationship between the literary creation and LI Bai’s poetry.Chapter three copes with the comparison between Jinling and Chang’an complexs.Starts with the reason and worth of that point,this chapter analyzes LiBai’s mental conditions and poetic styles under the influences of the two complexes.In the end of the paper,there are the summary of LI Bai’s Jinling poems,the trail map of Jinling in Tang dynasty and part of LI Bai’s travel site profile in Jinling.
