Some organisms often occur in social transition flow, the flow of the process, while individuals often faced with two or more different cultural identity, bicultural identity integration will affect bicultural person for the second cultural adaptation degree and extent of mental health and life satisfaction and so on. The flow of migrant workers in the process of rural and urban areas will face two distinct cultural identity, they both can't be fully integrated into the urban culture, has also been isolated from the rural culture, is a "marginalized" special groups, If you can't get the harmony between the two cultural identity, then there could trigger an individual's identity crisis, the impact of their healthy development. Studies have demonstrated that a high degree of integration of individual identity, their happiness, psychological resilience, social achievements are also relatively high. However, there are few studies focus on migrant workers integrate dual cultural identity and its influencing factors. This article is based on internal and external factors affecting bicultural identity integration, investigated the bicultural identity integration and social adaptation of migrant workers, social support and to further explore the relationship status among them.This study used survey methods, select Lanzhou City, Gansu Province seven workers concentrated work of 500 farmers were tested using a dual cultural identity scale integration,social maladjustment and Social Support Scale Scale measured after data were analyzed using SPSS, using data processing methods such as correlation analysis, discusses the integration of migrant workers dual cultural identity, social adaptation and social support on the relationship between the characteristics and the three demographic variables between,in order to enhance the migrant workers dual cultural identity provide the basis for integration, and found:(1) Workers who come from rural areas is lower than the degree of integration of bicultural workers who come from towns, workers who come from rural areas of conflict for two different cultures feel more suited; the degree of integration of dual cultural identity is below the low-income migrant workers high-income migrant workers.(2) The degree of social adaptation of male migrant workers was significantly higher than women migrant workers; age greater degree of social adaptation of migrant workers migrant workers is significantly lower than other age groups; the degree of socialadaptation of migrant workers with monthly income levels rise gradually increased.(3) Social support young migrant workers less than older migrant workers; social support high monthly income of migrant workers get higher than the low-income migrant workers, in particular in support of increasing the objective; migrant short time social support migrant workers long time workers less than the migrant workers.(4) Social adaptation partially mediates between social support and integration of dual cultural identity, social support that can directly affect both bicultural identity integration,but also indirectly affect the dual cultural identity through an intermediary role in the integration of social adaptation.The results show that migrant workers bicultural identity integration, social adaptation,social support in general are at a moderate level, and there are differences on some demographic variables; social adaptation in the presence of an intermediary role between social support and bicultural identity integration. In this study, bicultural identity integration study was extended to migrant workers, rich bicultural identity integration of research, and finally to promote some comments and suggestions development of migrant workers, with a view to enhancing their social inclusion, thus improving their mental health level.
