| With the founding of New China, the Christianity culture elements became more and more in Chinese films. Not only do they form the part of visual language of the films, but also to participate in the construction of the value in the films, and in virtually affect the aesthetic style of the Chinese films. Currently, many scholars start the studies of Chinese films from a Christian perspective, they either research a single film and mining the association between Christian and Chinese films, or investigate the influence of Christianity on the film director. Based on these studies, this paper will uses the knowledge of film arts, the theories of aesthetics and cultural studies to focus on Christian culture elements appear in the movie in China.This paper include preface, body and conclusion three parts.Preface analysis the background of the birth of this topics,clarifies the value of this project,and reviewed relevant research results.Body part have four chapters.Firstly,carding change process of Christian cultural elements in the movies since the founding of New China with time cues.It can divided into three phases: After the founding of New China,Christian cultural elements was rewrited extremly in Chinese films; After the reforms, the Christian cultural elements was showed paradoxically; after the twenty-first century,the Christian cultural elements was blended localization. Secondly, analysis a variety of Christian elements in the film, including Christian places, Christian character and Christian rituals; and the spiritual of Christianity reflected in the film.Thirdly, discusses how the the Christian cultural elements impact the aesthetic style of Chinese films; Finally, reflection and evaluation of this phenomenon, includ the significance of integration between Christian cultural elements and Chinese films and the obstacles we faced now.Concluding section summarizes the main points of this paper briefly, and the deficiencies existence of the research process. |
