Since the Tang Dynasty, Chakpori temple fair is held on February every year in honor of his noble character and exemplary role. To supplement research in this regard, based on a lot of documentation, this paper did a research on Chakpori temple build environment and Chakpori temple fair through field research and literature query. In the study of Chakpori built environment, this paper not only analyzes the spatial layout of Chakpori, but also the Chakpori temple hall building(the main place to worship Simiao Sun) from architecture perspective. In the study of Chakpori temple fair, this paper did a research on its historical development and folklore features.Through the study of Chakpori temple fair and Its architectural environment, this paper has a conclusion that the intangible cultural heritage is showed in the form of material more or less, directly or indirectly, and it is based on material heritage, Intangible cultural heritage is the meaning and the inner soul of material cultural heritage, the two exist mutually and causally.
