Research On The Digital Protection Of My Country's Intangible Cultural Heritage

Intangible cultural heritage is a kind of cultural heritage with both antiquity and fresh activity,bearing the memory of human civilization and displaying the wisdom achievements of the ancients,which has extremely important practical significance for the sustainable and healthy development of human society.With the economic value of intangible cultural heritage being excavated and its great impact on intellectual property competitiveness,more and more countries focus on the protection of intangible cultural heritage and attach great importance to it.With the rapid development of the economy and the profound changes in society,people's production and lifestyle,and the external living environment have undergone tremendous changes.This change will inevitably have a negative effect on the living environment and sustainable and healthy development of intangible cultural heritage,even In the danger of its demise,but traditional protection methods cannot cope with the problems brought about by the development of the era.The development and popularization of digital technology has brought more possibilities for the protection of intangible cultural heritage.Its many advantages make the combination of intangible cultural heritage and digital technology become the inevitable choice for adapting to social and economic development.However,the digital protection of intangible cultural heritage is far behind the digital protection of material cultural heritage,and China's protection in this area is still in its infancy.Faced with such a severe situation,it is of great significance to study the digital protection of intangible cultural heritage in China and ensure its sustainable development so as to realize its transmission from generation to generation,which will enhance the competitiveness of intellectual property rights in China and enhance the cultural self-confidence of the whole nation.Generally speaking,the academic research on the digital protection of intangible cultural heritage focuses on the digital technology level,which is contrary to the original intention of protection.Focusing on intangible cultural heritage,this paper,on the basis of analyzing the basic theories of intangible cultural heritage and digitalization of intangible cultural heritage,explores several digitalizationtechnologies which are widely used in intangible cultural heritage protection and have broad application prospects,after that,it explores the successful protection experience abroad and its implications for China.However,China's intangible cultural heritage has its own characteristics.On the basis of comparative analysis of traditional protection methods and digital protection methods,it is necessary and feasible to apply digital technology to the protection of intangible cultural heritage in China.Although digital protection has achieved certain achievements,the reality is not satisfactory,and there are still many problems.Finally,in response to these problems and in combination with the actual situation in China,relevant proposals for adapting to the digital protection of China's intangible cultural heritage are formulated.
