Studies Of The Value Orientation Of Culture Industry

Culture industry is a kind of guide to people's sense of worth, which has great power, so the policy to promote the development of it has become an important part of every country. As for China, the government has also put forward a series of regulations to accelerate the development of culture industry basing on nation's special reality. What's more, our country has made it a goal aiming at the fundamental industry of the national economy.The policy of culture industry whose function is to instruct and regulate should have some kind of value orientation during the process of formulation of implementation. How to master the general orientation of public policy and the special one of culture industry should be the key procedure when thinking about the question.This article has analyzed much current research about the relative content and referred to the theory of administrative ethnics, which contains the content about value orientation during the process of policy decision. As to the research methods, this article will use literature research and normative study to analyze this question. Furthermore, the core point is that government should put equal emphasis on both value orientation and the efficiency one. On account of that, this article will study the current situation of the policy of culture industry from the angle of value orientation and scientific development. Then this article puts forward the corresponding solution.
