With the rapid development of Chinese Teaching, the number of Chinese language teacher is getting bigger.Therefore teaching quality has become a focus and it can not be ignored.By improving teachers' mental state to improve the teaching quality has become the consensus of researchers. The closest psychological factors of teachers is attribution,achievement motivation and self-efficacy. This paper attempts to give a theoretical reference for the Chinese language teachers selection and training.This study made an investigation on the 75 Chinese Language Teachers(including 40 Chinese language teacher for Foreigner and 35 international volunteer Chinese teachers) by means of questionnaire method.The results showed that:(1) Chinese Language Teacher's attribution belong to internal type;seniority has a significant influence on Chinese Language Teacher for Foreigner's attribution, emplacement country belongs- Chinese State also has a significant impact on international Chinese volunteer teacher's attribution.Chinese Language Teacher for Foreigner think the success of teaching is internal stability factor(capacity),the fail of teaching is internal instability(efforts);International Chinese volunteer teacher think the success or failure of teaching is mainly attributed to the internal stability factor(capacity).(2)Sex have a significant impact on the achievement motivation of Chinese Language Teachers;For the achievement motivation female is higher than male,male Chinese Language Teacher for Foreigner's tend to avoid failure;International volunteer Chinese teachers have stronger achievement motivation,males teacher's motivation is stronger than female.(3)Chinese Language Teacher for Foreigner's individual efficacy increased with their seniority.For the individual efficacy,the emplacement country belongs-Chinese State is significantly lower than the country not belongs- Chinese State.(4) For the attribution, achievement motivation and self-efficacy,the different between Chinese Language Teacher for Foreigner and International Volunteer Chinese Teachers was not significantly.(5)The attribution, achievement motivation, self-efficacy of Chinese Language Teacher are correlative and mutually infiltrated.
