| The first session of the National Minority Arts Festival is the largest ethnic cultural activity which is held in a special period of history in 1980, the festival lasted a month,there were than 300 programs. Central Ethnic Chorus and the delegations from Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Guangxi, Ningxia, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Fujian, Guangdong,Zhejiang, Hunan, Sichuan, Qinghai, Tibet, Gansu, Liaoning, Guizhou and Yunnan Province and autonomous region participated in this activity which includes five performances. There were 4 to 5 delegations participated in it individually in every performance.At the end of the performance, some excellent programs were chosen from participating works to join in the joint public performance which includes 2 sets of song and dance, 4 sets of drama which are altogether 108 games, 168 thousand audience. The festival which was held that time made colorful art form from differentethnic groupscame to Chinese people, The art level of minority music, dancing, singing and dancing, drama and so on were displayed. Some excellent works of literature and Art Festival is widely concerned, such as the Tibetan folk dance "herd the lion", Hui song and dance drama "Mansour", Li mythology drama "sweet bird", Tibetan Opera "Lang Shawen wave" Zhuang dance "Huashan drums" and so on. A large number of outstanding director, actor and singer in the festival shows themselves in talent, s uch as Bartle, Zhao Yuheng, Mo Pingqin, Altai etc. These outstanding works and the actor provided rich material and offered a good opportunity for theoretical realm to study intangible cultural heritage. It reversed the prejudice of the scholars to the minority literature and art to a great extent.In 1980 the first minority arts festival played an inestimable role in promoting the development of ethnic arts. It improves the cultural status of minority groups, enhance the national pride and cultural awareness, this made the scholars put more attention on the study of the minority folk music culture. But for this cultural phenomenon, the academic circles have not put it in its proper place, the research on it is little and little.This paper aims to reveal its social influence and cultural value according to the collection, arrangement and the description of relevant historical data and process in order to arouse the scholars’ research on the culture of the minority nationality in 1980 sand the reflection on the inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the minority nationalities. |
