Culture Lag And Countermeasures Research Of The Beautiful Countrysides' Construction

As the rapidly advanced of urbanization construction, villagers' living standards are gradually improved, their production mode, lifestyle, their thoughts and ideas are dramatically changed at the same time. During the process of social transformation and industrial modernization, villages' appearance and environment situation had dramatically changed. With people pursuit of beauty and happiness, the government put forward the concept of Beautiful China. Beautiful villages' construction are based on the concept of people oriented, it is a further exploration and innovation of New Socialist Countryside,and it is a main part of Beautiful China.Economy is the foundation, and the cultural construction is the soul of Beautiful villages' construction. As the social changed and the material culture rapidly developed under the economy developing promotion of technical innovation and government, as the deeply construction of Beautiful village, the system culture has changed at the same time,but the cultural adaptability of new custom, lifestyle and values didn't build. Material culture and culture changing fitness speed is inconsistent, and this kind of imbalance has formed culture lag phenomenon. The long exist of Culture imbalance would lead to many new social problems. Using Beautiful village construction as a chance, building the culture Soft Strength which coordinating and advancing the economy Hard Strength is the goal of the present village culture construction.At first, this dissertation summarized the related concepts, theories and the meaning of culture construction among Beautiful village construction. This dissertation introduced the general thoughts and current situation of Kunming Beautiful village construction, and illustrated Kunming L countryside's Beautiful village construction culture lag phenomenon from three aspects of material culture, system culture and spirit culture. Then, this dissertation analyzed the basic reasons of culture lag. At last, this dissertation offered some measures and suggestions of narrow culture lag. The government should fully use its leading role of culture construction will benefit village further planning and layout. We should use the production development as breakthrough and show it special regional features and advancing culture integration will help to build the nostalgic Beautiful village which has external beauty and internal elegance.
