Rural Culture is an important part of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. It is the cultural development of rural areas through the changes for thousands of years. The Party and government have attached great importance to cultural development in rural areas. Since entered a new era, China’s rural culture developed rapidly, rural cultural development is also an important part of our beautiful countryside construction, in promoting the full and harmonious development of villages, promotion of rural civilization and progress plays an important role. But generally speaking, there are still many problems and difficulties.During graduate school, the author accessed the system knowledge of rural culture, started thinking about the cultural construction of rural Fujian in the context of rural culture theory. Coincided with this period, China proposed grand strategy of beautiful countryside construction. Combined with the beautiful countryside construction in Fujian Province, the author selected Xiapu County, Nanxi zhen Fuzhu cun. And research beautiful countryside construction in Fujian Province. Xiapu located in the eastern coast of Fujian Province, under the Ningde City, Fujian Province, has a long history, culture and beautiful ecological culture. Meanwhile, as the coastal counties in eastern Fujian Xiapu, the rich fishery resources, most of the villagers rely on fisheries and other living marine resources industry. Xiapu County Fuzhu cun have many similarities with the east coast of the Strait, Taiwan. The author conducted nearly two months of research on the village’s construction, and on this basis, puts forward some countermeasures for the village construction.This article includes the introduction and the text. The introduction analyzes the ideas and methods of construction and cultural construction of the beautiful countryside of this background, significance, research status. It makes a preparation for the research of this topic. Text is divided into four parts, the first part tells the strategic significance of the concept of the beautiful countryside, rural culture and beautiful countryside building elaborate, clarify many concepts of cultural construction in rural areas, the main content and significance of proposed construction of the beautiful countryside; the second part tells an overview of the basic situation Fuzhu cun from ecology, history and other aspects of the main properties; and the third part presents situation of rural cultural construction Fuzhu cun and analyzes based on the cultural construction and the various problems encountered reasons; the fourth part focus on the problem facing the development of rural culture, and combined with the experience of Taiwan’s rural communities and propose specific measures for Fuzhu cun’s rural culture construction.
