This research includes two parts. In the first part, the research takes trust game paradigm to investigate the affect of emotion on interpersonal trust for different levels of trustees' avatar. The second study is further to discuss whether target cues will put effect on the trust or not. The results are as followed:1. Interpersonal trust can be affected by the emotion and the context clues. Under the consistent situation, that is to say, when the participant's emotion is consistent with the trustee's feelings, people who are in the positive mood trust more than those who are in the negative mood. Under the inconsistent situation, that is to say, when the participant's emotion is inconsistent with the trustee's feelings, there is no significant difference between the positive and the negative condition.2. Interpersonal trust can be affected by the trustee's clues. Subjects trust familiar person than the strangers. When the trustees are strangers, the gender has great significance on interpersonal trust. Besides, there is interaction effects between the gender of trustee and emotions. When people are in the positive mood, they trust male higher than the female; when people are in the negative mood, the result is on the opposite.3. In the trust game, the invest money and the estimate return has a positive correlation, therefore, these can be the standard for the interpersonal trust.
