The Tourism Development And Construction Of The Nomadic Culture Protection Area

The rapid development of tourism in Inner Mongolia since 2000,and some achievement have obtained.But in the development of tourism,also face manny problems.Especially there are many problems in Inner Mongolia grassland tourism development, insufficient of cultural resources of mining is the main factor restricting the further development of tourism.By the way, heder's less particifation and low particifation is also the restricting factor.Mogolian Nomadic Culture is the Mongolian created by adapting to bad ecological environment.The culture is full of ecological implication.Today human beings beset by all kinds of environmental problems.Need to learn from the nomadic culture's advanced ideas to deal with these problems.However the mongolian nomadic production gradually replaced by settled production, mongolian nomadic culture faces the crisis of disappeared.So it is necessary to protect the area where is saving well.Besides, in the present grassland tourism development, the culture hadn't been enough attention, So it is meaningful that research it's protection and utilization from the perspective of tourism.This paper is focused on the integration development of nomadic culture and tourism, and proposed the construction of grassland nomadic culture protection area.This area is purpose to protecet and inherit the nomadic culture, protect nomadic production,finally achieve culture and environmnt's protection.Arhoqin Mogolian Nomadic System has been listed on China's important agricultural culture heritage list in 2010.Bayinwunder is the core of this heritage sites, where is completely retaining the nomadic production. Because of it's typical and representative, so choosen as the research area.The paper is divided into seven parts and the fourth, the fifth, the sixth parts are the key.The first part is the introduction, mainly talks about the background and meaning of the study, and makes comments on the abroad and domestic study.The second part is basis of relevant theories and concepts defined, is mainly applied to in this article, the theory of and the related concepts are defined.The third part is analysing the pastoral areas, analysis of the pastoral areas previous policy, pastoral areas faced situation and the relation between tourism and pastoral areas development, the necessity of protecting the nomadic culture, and the pastoral area tourism development present situation and existing problems, in order to bedding for next part.The fourth part, puts forward the basic idea of grassland nomadic culture protection area.From expert interview to prove the feasibility of this grassland nomadic culture protection area's construction.And dicuss the protection area from protect principle, subject, content etc.Introduce the function of this area from the tourism science views and the necessity of tourism development.By analysis and summary the abroad and domestic management mode, put forward to the management mode of the npmadic culture protect area.Fifth part, is empirical research. Arhorqin Banner is choose as a research area.Analysing the condition of setting up nomadic culture protect area.Then make a model for the rourism development of nodadic culture protect area. Sixth part, countermeasures research. Protect of the nomadic culture is necessarry to remain its truely,and development should be classification and moderate, establish the guarantee mechanism for the coordination of stakeholder.
