Study On The Development Of Tussah Industry In Northeast China In Qing Dynasty

In the mid-Ming Dynasty,the tussah industry technology had gradually practiced in Shandong,.Then,it spread into the Fengtian by Shandong immigrants in the middle of 18 th Century and expanded by the appropriate conditions.The tussah industry went through three main stages: the initial development,sustainable development and further transmission.In early period,it had a low production level and a coastal industrial zone.After the opening of Northeast China,it shaped a complete production system.In Guan-Xuan times,the technology spread to Jilin and Heilongjiang which broaden the regional scope and district.Therefore,the tussah industry went through from Shandong to Liaonan coastal areas,and to the eastern part of Fengtian.This process had promoted the regional economy and the sericulture technology.This paper consists of two parts: the introduction mainly introduces the background and the relevant academic history.Then,it includes the definition of related concepts.The body part is divided into four parts:The first part mainly analyses the natural and social conditions of Northeast China.The rich oak resources and suitable climatic constituted a favorable environment of tussah industry.On this basis,the immigrants taked the practiced technology into the northeast China.The second part summarizes the situation and characteristics of the tussah industry.In early stage,the production concentrated in the coastal areas,and gradually emerged some representative towns.However,it had the characteristics of low productivity,small scope and uneven distribution due to the short development time.The third part discusses the tussah industry's status and influence after the opening of Northeast China,and summaries the suitable conditions such as the new market conditions,the advanced of production and the flourishing silk trade.Meanwhile,the development of the tussah industry also have a great influence on the society.The fourth part mainly summarizes the further spread stage of the tussah industry in Guan-Xuan times.Besides an overview of Fengtian,it focus on the propagation of tussah industry in northeast China,such as Heilongjiang and Jilin area.The conclusion is the summary of the whole article and the sublimation of the concrete conclusion.
