| This paper contains two experiments. The first experiment aims to study on how cognitive style and social comparison effect the proposer's decision of ultimatum game; The second experiment focus on study the cognitive style and the social comparison effect of the dictator game decision-making of proposer.In the first experiment, using the 2(Cognitive Style: field-dependence / independence) × 2(Social Comparison: yes / no) two factor mixture design, cognitive style is between-subject variables, social comparison within-subjects variables, to offer their last assigned amount as the dependent variable in the game. Student's t test results show that influence of cognitive style on the proposer's offering of ultimatum game is significance, the offer of proposer with field-independence cognitive style is more unfair than field-dependence individual, it means that they allocate more money to themselves. The results of ANOVA showed that significant main effect in social comparison, the decision results by before/after social comparison were significant; the interaction effect exist between the cognitive style and the society, the field-dependent subjects affected by the greater impact of social comparison.In the second experiment, just like the first experiment, using the 2(Cognitive Style: field-dependence / independence) ×2(Social Comparison: yes / no) two factor mixture design, cognitive style is between-subject variables, social comparison within-subjects variables, to offer their last assigned amount as the dependent variable in the game.
