Bronze in the long river of history and culture of our country occupies a very important position, the number of unearthed bronze and less repair personnel, inadequate protection and the restoration, to become the current status of the bronze restoration of the outstanding contradictions. unearthed bronzes there will be deformation, crack,damage, harmful rust erosion disease etc. If a bad state of preservation will enable these diseases accelerated destruction of bronze. What technology, material, repair principle, and how to solve the problem of the bronze restoration, the technology and theory of the former in bronze repair must be carefully study. This project takes four pieces of bronze ware as an example, and the combination of theory and practice to complete the four pieces of cultural relics restoration work.Prior to the conservation and restoration, using the X optical nondestructive testing, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope energy spectrum instrument, portable XRF, acertain scientific and technological analysis of the bronze ware to reveal the utensils finished residual degree, corrosion status, corrosion mechanism, metal composition, metallographic structure, casting technology. After the restoration and protection also use a more in-depth research microscope to study the corrosion state and casting information.. Analysis of science and technology on the one hand to study the object composition, material,structure and the damaged condition of a comprehensive understanding,on the other hand can leave important scientific data and information for further study of its historical, artistic and scientific value.After the completion of the restoration and protection work in, In this paper, the author combined with the previous research results aboutcasting simulation experiment of bronze ware and the author's science and technology analysis, On one of the bronze Lian laboratory heritage replication.The copy of the cultural relics to meet the requirements of the museum exhibition. The work not only application of experimental archaeology method confirms the bronze Lian foundry information, but also for the laboratory heritage replication to provide methodological reference.
