The Study Of Serial Verb Constructions In Zhuang Language

The serial verb constructions are widespread in Zhuang language. The article is entitled with the study of serial verb construction of Zhuang language.It is aim to analyze the phenomenon of connected verbs in Zhuang language.The full text is divieded into five parts.First of all,in the introduction part,the article reviewed the studies about serial verb construction at home and abroad, and this article research purpose, research significance, research methods and corpus sources.The second part on the basis of predecessors' research to define serial verb constructions. and determine from the verb, moving and phrases, words of these three aspects to study. At the same time to discuss a laparoscope, usually connected to a serial verb constructions.The third part, on the the basis of defining the verbs and phrases of zhuang language were studied. During the study, first determine the gearing type words are words of a kind of word formation, and then even the way a laparoscope, usually connected to a verb and other words in the composition of the comparison.Next to the words the gearing phrase compared with other up a laparoscope, usually connected to a verb phrase analysis, found that words phrase, the characteristics of the phrases and then analyze its grammatical function.The fourth part is mainly to study words indexed sentences. We make sure the words indexed sentences refers to serial verb phrases as predicate sentence. On the basis of this, I first according to the VP1 and VP2 classify the structure of the serial verb sentence. Then analyze the semantic. We are on the one hand, study the relations between the subject and the serial verb items, on the other hand,analyze the semantic relation between the serial verb items. Next, we discussed the scheduling of the verb in the sentence. Finally analyze the grammaticalization phenomena in the serial verb constructions with dynamic view.The fifth part, we contrast the serial verb constructions in relatives language about Zhuang language and Chinese language to find the same and the difference of the two, in order to find typological significance of this construction.
