As just few years'developed, Chinese animation industry's pattern is neither perfect nor mature. Although lots of animation created in every years, most of them ignore market demand and feedback. Furthermore, a majority of animation works lack exquisite cartoon images and vivid personality trait, the performance of their derivatives are barely satisfactory. All of these shortcoming caused the shortage of successfully and socially pervasive cartoon images and the short product life cycle. On the one hand there is a major gap in Chinese animation and comic market, on the other hand there has few excellent cartoon works in spite of support of the government policy.After China enter WTO and acting on international convention, Chinese government fully support animation industry, the support of the government provide an uncommon development opportunity for Chinese animation industry. But there also have many problems in the communication of the animation works, such as the simplex subject matter, the scarce species, the stiff image and the uninteresting story line. Besides these, the amount of the animation works aims to education is large, they have limited channels of communication, most of the current channels are obsolete. Even worse, Chinese animation works neglect brand marketing, the force of copyright protection is not enough, the preliminary propaganda is not satisfactory, and the collection of the feedbacks from the audiences is also delayed.The paper, from the communicating effect of Chinese animation works, applied communication effects theories, discussed how can animation works win the audiences'like and how to form one perfect Chinese animation industry chain.
