Firstly, it require to construct unique cultural image which could reflect the city characteristics, cultural context and functional experience; Secondly, in order to establish multi-level, network-based, hybrid of a new culture of urban space, it has to create a harmonious and orderly, Open sharing, intensive and efficient,assimilative groups spiritual experience of public cultural space, industrial culture space, interpersonal cultural space.Thirdly, the harmonious policies of city planning and development should be established to grantee the sustainable and innovated development of urban new culture.
