The place is a meaningful space,and also one of the core concepts of human geography.Since 1970,humanist geographers,such as Duan Yifu and Ralf,have brought the concept of "local" into the field of geography,and the research of local and local is getting more and more attention.Under the background of globalization,urban space is also endemic to the city,and has been built into a meaningful place.The cultural and cultural characteristics of diet culture make it one of the most typical urban spaces.Taking Yongxing workshop in Xi’an as a case of dietary culture,this paper studies the differences in local perception of different cultural groups,as well as the influencing factors and mechanism of local construction.It is helpful to enrich the research of local theory from the perspective of new cultural geography,and supplement the content of the food culture and local research.It can also help to build a rich cultural space with distinctive local characteristics,and even provide an important reference for promoting the improvement of the city’s soft power.This study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze the local characteristics of the case Yongxing square,and explore the construction mechanism of Yongxing Fang’s locality.First,use the participatory observation and interview method to analyze the local characteristics embodied in the cultural landscape in Yongxing square.Secondly,using the 7 level theory of ralv’s sense of local sense to design the operator’s questionnaire and explore the degree of local identity of the business operators,on this basis,through the cultural symbols displayed in Yongxing’s workshop,analyze the local characteristics embodied in the business operation;finally,construct the consumption.The local sense measurement model is used to study the degree of local sensual awareness of Yongxing Fang by consumer subjects,and the consumers are divided into local residents and tourists.The difference analysis of consumers’ identity to Yongxing locality and the use of SPSS20.0 to analyze the questionnaire data.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Cultural landscape is the symbolic expression of Yongxing Fang’s traditional culture.Material culture landscape embodies the local characteristics.It is the material space carrier of Yongxing Fang’s local construction.Secondly,the intangible cultural landscape bears the historical memory of the space,and contributes to the continuation and continuation of the place.(2)Business operation has created the space of Yongxing Fang’s local identity and emotion,and is related to the shaping and healthy development of locality.The sense of place in Yongxing workshop is high,so that we can achieve local identity and construct emotional space,and strengthen the shaping of locality.Second,business management embodies the cultural symbols of authenticity,and highlights the place in the process of symbolization.(3)The analysis of local sense of consumers to Yongxing Fang shows that: The local sense of consumers is mainly embodied in three dimensions,namely,local cognitive dimension,dietary culture dimension and emotional attachment dimension,of which the local sense of dietary culture is the strongest.There are differences in local perception between local residents and tourists in Yongxing,and the most significant differences in the overall atmosphere,old word food and travel safety.Thirdly,permanent place and age are positively related to consumers’ sense of place,and strengthen local identification.The more educated consumers are,the more rational the shaping of sense of place is,and the more difficult to achieve local identity.(4)The right relationship strengthens the construction of the locality.The government regulates the local cultural and cultural landscape of Yongxing Fang,the cultural representation of commercial management,the maintenance of public security and the media publicity,and regulates the construction of Yongxing Fang.The process of participation and competition between government,media,operators and consumers will help to speed up the integration of local characteristics and strengthen local construction.(5)The local action mechanism of Yongxing Fang can be summarized as the result of government policy,cultural landscape,business operation and the joint action of behavior subject(consumer and business operator).The government guides the development direction of the local construction of Yongxing Fang;the cultural landscape is the material space carrier of Yongxing Fang’s local nature;the commercial operation is the core of the Yongxing Fang’s local nature;the consumer body is the locality of Yongxing experiencer and the shaper.
