Gansu Province College Dance Professional Graduate Employment Situation Investigation

This study aimed at researching the employment problem of professional dancing graduates from Gansu province. This paper first sorting and classifying some current documents which related to the employment problem of professional dancing graduates. Secondly, investigating the status quo from the perspective of the dance specialized education in colleges and universities of Gansu province through the school-running mode, talent training, curriculum and teaching level. Thirdly, using college dance professional graduate in Gansu province in 2012-2015 as the research object, going through some investigation and data analysis in seven aspects including the employment of graduates, employment attitude, face difficulties, job satisfaction and the influencing factors of employment, salary expectations and feedback, etc. And then, combining with the survey data, going through a discussion on the present situation and problems of employment that the dancing profession graduates of Gansu colleges and universities. Meanwhile analyzing some experts' comments and the state's relevant policies on this problem. Last but not the least, putting forward some strategies to solve the problem.This paper using four sessions graduate students of five colleges and universities in Gansu province as the researching object adopting documentary method, questionnaire survey method, interviewing method and other research methods, studying and analyzing all the data and information, hoping to provide a reference and guidance to college graduates who was majored in dancing to be employed.
