Analysis For Psychological Problems Of Employment Of Higher Vocational Students And The Counter-measure Research On The Ideological And Political Education.

Employment has a vital bearing on the people's livelihood. It is also an important step to come up the stage for the higher vocational students, as well as a big parade for their comprehensive quality,especially for their psychological quality. The employments of higher vocational students not only concern their immediate interests, but also have an effect on the hyper-growth of the higher vocational education and the stability of society. In recent years, the higher vocational education which occupies half of the country makes advance by leaps and bounds, cultivating the practical talents for our country, and these high-tech personnel have made a contribution to the economic development, social progress. However, due to the transition of the economic system, the reform of the university enrolling system and distribution system, as well as the rise of the employment system that is said"the meeting of supply and demand, two-way choice, and their any jobs", the higher vocational students have on soft pillow anymore. The pressures they must face with are heavier and heavier. Then the psychological problems of employment are increasingly prominent, and become obstacles for the development of higher vocational education.Employment is the centre of the higher vocational students'employments psychology. The process of generating, changing and developing of employment psychology is complex. The researcher divides the psychological problems of employment into three aspects: psychological disposition, psychological quality and employment ideas by questionnaire survey and references reading. The thesis analyzes synthetically the characteristics of the employment psychology of higher vocational students, and the psychological problems in the process of taking up an occupation and the causes. Meanwhile, the researcher has made the detailed research on the ideological and political education which aims at the psychological problems of the higher vocational students, so as to assist them in extricating themselves from the complex mental confusion and the serious psychological conflict of employment as soon as possible, helping them to learn the mental regulation, face the difficulties calmly, and make wise decisions.The ideological and political education against the higher vocational students'psychological problems of employment is helping the students to deal with relationships of the individual and society, ideality and reality, conditions and talent under the guide of employment policies. The ideological and political education encourages the students to select the occupations which are suitable for themselves according to their own characteristics and the needs of community, encourages the students to make contributions to different ownership units, or organizations at the grass-roots level, and other places which are needed urgently. Strengthening the higher vocational students'ideology and politics education make them have the abilities of self-analysis and realistic analysis to rule out the psychological distress effectively and to maintain a stable and positive frame of mind to keep their own psychological health, so as to obtain their employment favorably.
