In recent years,the quality of the secondary vocational school students are declining in our country.These students have different English levels and most of them don't have proper learning habits.They don't like studying English.In this case,the traditional teaching mode and teaching level are affected and they cannot meet the needs of the vocational education development.English teaching in vocational school is to serve the vocational courses.A new type of teaching mode is in need.Multilevel teaching has a long development in our country.Many junior high schools and senior high schools have some apply hierarchical teaching in a variety of forms to English teaching.If it can play a role of secondary vocational students' English oral English,so it is of the teaching of secondary vocational English promotion has a reference value.Based on the previous researches,under the guidance of the following theories:the Philosophy Theory of Dialectical Materialism,the practical teaching methods and the theory of the Zone of Proximal Development etc,this paper conducted a yearly oral English teaching experiment on the two classes of Grade 2012 in Dalian Tourism Vocational Secondary School and put forward suitable oral English teaching strategies of multi-levels to improve the current situation of English oral teaching in vocational schools in order to raise the efficiency of oral English teaching in an all-round way.The following research methods are used in the paper such as the documentary method,survey,experiment,comparison and other scientific methods.Through the research,the paper proves that multilevel teaching method in oral English teaching can improve the different oral English levels and learning interest of the students.It is a practical and feasible teaching method for vocational school studentsThis article has five chapters.The first chapter puts forward the background of oral hierarchical teaching in secondary vocational schools and meaning;The second chapter reviews the layering teaching research status both at home and abroad;The third chapter introduces teaching theories;The fourth chapter carries out the experiment and discusses and summarizes the results;Chapter V comes to a natural conclusion and offers some suggestions for future researches.
