China has a long history and a splendid culture, the ancestors left behind a very rich architectural heritage, but in the second half of the 20th century, we have not paid enough attention to protect these valuable architectural heritage. Currently, due to the continuous progress of urbanization architectural heritage, on the one hand suffered enormous destruction, while also subject to a number of natural phenomena such as earthquakes, weathering and other factors of destruction. To find the right road building cultural heritage protection is particularly urgent.The main content of this paper is to explore the history, legal system, management models and methods, as well as technology development and protection Examples of protecting cultural heritage protection in India, and then get all aspects of China's cultural heritage protection comparative study, hoping to find improving the national road building cultural heritage protection by our own.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the historical and cultural relationship between China and India, the status of India's architectural heritage, heritage protection studies in India and abroad as well as the status of research methods.The second chapter discusses the history of India's architectural heritage protection can be divided into two parts, one is the development of its work content-governmental organizations, official bodies Indian Archaeological Society, a non-profit private voluntary organizations in India building a second portion Heritage institutions and their activities. The third chapter summarizes the principle of the protection of architectural heritage of India and published by relevant laws and regulations over the years were analyzed. The fourth chapter introduces some Indian architectural heritage protection representative examples, and divided into world class cultural heritage and national importance, such as Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Red Fort, Qutb Minar and other national importance includes Tughlaqabad Fort, Bijamandaj temple, Chaukhandi stupa. The fifth chapter focuses on the architectural heritage protection technology in India, first analyzed the reason of the destruction of the architectural heritage of India, then learn the technical protection measures for its restoration and works of art inside the building.The sixth chapter compared the architectural heritage of China and the architectual heritage of India, the main interests include historical development, management mechanisms, relevant laws and regulations, protection and utilization mode and protection technology.
