Recent years,cultural tourism develops very rapid in China.the Ministry of culture and the National Tourism Administration of China published “the guiding opinions on promoting the development of culture and tourism” in 2009.the year of 2011 under the theme title of“Chinese cultural tour ”,so era ushered in the cultural tourism in China.A large number of domestic cultural tourism enterprises appeared,and provinces and cities began to grabbing the cultural tourism market share.A large number of academic works about cultural tourism also appeared,but the studies of cultural tourism development in small area were lacking,and the studies in the actual situations were more lacking.The city of Suining has a significant development of cultural tourism.According to statistics,Suining A-class scenic area received more than 13 million visitors,and operating income 560 million yuan.Tourism infrastructure has also been a corresponding development,and a total number of A-level scenic areas are 16,travel agencies are 12.Based on a large number of regional economic data,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the situation of cultural tourism resources in Suining.through qualitative analysis: Suining city cultural tourism resources rating analysis,Suining cultural tourism resources of the regional distribution of the calculation,the regional tourism on the regional economic GDP was calculated.The analysis results show that the cultural tourism resources of Suining are small and smooth,and the area of the single resource has a small quantity.Tourism development on the regional economy driving,driving factor of3.6,namely tourism revenue each additional 1 billion yuan,contribution to the regional economic value of 3.72 billion yuan,higher contribution value reason is that tourism revenue accounted for the proportion of the third industry is larger,and the tertiary industry accounted for whole area,a large proportion of the economy.Suining Cultural Tourism did not give full play to its role and cultural tourism resources development sustainable low,low awareness of regional tourism image,tourism culture unattractive,Regional cultural tourism brand value is low Based on Suining City tourism issues.Tthis paper presents innovative tourism destination to build the strategy,improve the regional cultural tourism innovation,of regional tourism image shape and increase the integration of marketing efforts,to create their travel mobile Internet platform.
