Entrepreneurial failure is common. Failure is a critical and fundamental element in entrepreneurship. Indeed, it is intriguing that some(but not all) entrepreneurs come back from failure, and start up another business. But so far the researches have paid less attention to the effects of failure towards the future entrepreneurial activity, and their study have only focused on how to eliminate the negative emotions caused by the entrepreneurial failure, from which the entrepreneurs can bounce back. Therefore, this research explores the influence of incidental anger on subsequent entrepreneurial intention under the background of entrepreneurial failure situation by introducing incidental anger. At the same time, further investigation of the effect of openness and risk propensity will be concerned. This research mainly adopts the story recall method, situational method and questionnaire survey to discuss the relations among incidental anger, openness, risk propensity and subsequent entrepreneurial intention under the background of entrepreneurial failure situation. This research consists of three small parts, using descriptive analysis, t test, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and the Bootstrap test statistical methods to analyze the data, drawing the following conclusions:First, the interactions between entrepreneurial failure situation and incidental anger has a positive prediction function to subsequent entrepreneurial intention.Second, the risk propensity is a totally mediator between incidental anger and subsequent entrepreneurial intention under the background of entrepreneurial failure situation.Third, the openness has a moderating effect between incidental anger and subsequent entrepreneurial intention under the background of entrepreneurial failure situation.Fourth, the openness has a moderating effect between incidental anger and the risk propensity under the background of entrepreneurial failure situation.Fifth, incidental anger, openness, risk propensity and subsequent entrepreneurial intention constitute a model of mediated moderation under the background of entrepreneurial failure situation.
