Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Individual Traits On College Students Entrepreneurial Intention

Innovation entrepreneurship is one of the "twin-engine" of economic growth,to explore the influence factors of college students’ entrepreneurial tendencies and process,to promote college students potential entrepreneurs to actual entrepreneurs,alleviate current pressure on employment,promoting the university entrepreneurship education reform and response "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" of The Times.This research by gender,grade,professional,birthplace and whether parents relatives and entrepreneurship as control variables,coping styles as intermediary variables can be divided into positive and negative coping two dimensions,independent college students entrepreneurial traits can be divided into achievement requirements,control source and risk bearing in three dimensions,the dependent variable entrepreneurial tendencies can be divided into the pioneering willingness and the feasibility two dimensions,respectively,uses the existing mature scale,463 college students in NanChang University,and the use of SPSS22.0 software descriptive statistics collected by the questionnaire data analysis,single factor variance analysis,independent sample t-test,correlation analysis,regression analysis,hierarchical regression analysis and intermediary research result and conclusion are as follows:(1)The male,the female college students in entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial feasibility,risk bearing,and significant differences in coping with scores than women and men,in demand,control the source and there is no significant difference of negative coping;Grade factors,senior business feasibility score is significantly higher than other three grade,sophomore,junior grade of coping with grade level is lower than the other two;Professional different causes,source control,positive coping and negative coping scores level have significant difference,the achievement level of demand,risk-taking,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial feasibility score level there was no significant difference;Birthplace factors on the college students from countryside than college students from towns have stronger entrepreneurial tendencies,but lower risk bearing level,both had no significant differences in other dimensions;Whether or not parents relatives and business only has a significant influence on college students’ entrepreneurial orientation.(2)Has significant positive influence are: achievement requirements,internal control source,respectively for positive response,entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial feasibility has positive influence;Risk bearing respectively has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention and positive response;Coping with respectively has a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial feasibility.(3)Has significant negative effects are: achievement requirements,internal control source and risk bearing has a negative effect on negative coping respectively;Negative coping respectively has a negative effect on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial feasibility(4)The mediation role of a: positive coping,negative coping respectively in achievement needs,source control,risk-taking and entrepreneurship intention relationship plays a mediating role;Positive coping styles,including the control relationship between the source and feasibility of entrepreneurship plays an intermediary role;Negative response to the demand in achievement mediation role relationship with entrepreneurial feasibility.(5)Have failed: risk bearing impact on entrepreneurial feasibility;The influence of negative coping of entrepreneurial intention;Coping with the intermediary role between the risk-taking and entrepreneurship feasibility;Negative coping respectively,source control,intermediary role between the risk-taking and entrepreneurship feasibility.(6)The tendency of college students’ entrepreneurial intention is influenced by the characteristics of entrepreneurship,and the coping style plays a part in it.
