Qin Bamboo Slips Collected by Yuelu Academy are the bamboo slips which collected by Yuelu Academy of Hunan University in 2007 and the significant unearthed material of Qin dynasty. According to the specific annals of Zhi-Ri,ihe written time of Qin Bamboo Slips Collected by Yuelu Academy,is no later than thirty-five years of First Emperor of Qin and not far away from the ancient times,which has a clear era.As a word-using phenomenon of ancient books,the borrowed words whose character temporarily borrowed from other words have long been used.The study on borrowed words can not only help understand the phonological system of chinese ancient phonology, but also help survey the habit in word-using of the Ancient, and explain the ancient words of literature.The study on borrowed words of unearthed material can provide another path for the textual research of phonetic system in old times,which has considerable value on the research of Phonology, Philology and Exegetics.The article focuses on the one hundred and sixty-seven borrowed words of Qin Bamboo Slips Collected by Yuelu Academy(1-3), and inspects it in ways of phonology, character and written evidence. The analysis of phonology shows that phonology factor is the basic condition for borrowed words,and the Ancient tend to take the rhyme factor as the main consideration. The analysis of character shows that the Ancient tend to subconsciously select the word which related to the borrowed words.According to the standard of written evidence,the borrowed words can be divided into two types:the borrowed words recorded by handed-down-documents and the borrowed words unrecorded by handed-down documents,which the latter can help provide the subsidiary evidence and supplement for the phenomena of borrowed words in other unearthed materials.With the deepening of research on Qin Bamboo Slips Collected by Yuelu Academy, scholar has put forward different views about borrowed words from author.
