The Study Of The Jiang Shiquan's Operas In Rhyme

This essay studied the rhyme in all the remaining works of Jiang Shiquan,the drama writer in Qing Dynasty. By comparing drama that used the same tune and parallelism with reference to " Midland phonology ", the essay analyzed how all the entering tone split into other tones, rhyme of different rhymes and its differences between "Midland phonology". The focus fell on the differences between rhyme used by Jiang and those included in " Midland phonology ". By comparing to the research findings of Du Aiying,it compared the differences and similarities of rhymes used in Jiang Shiquan's drama and those in Tang Xianzu's.In addition, with reference to " TaiHeZhengYinPu ", it examined the actual category of tone of non entering tone words of drama and entering tone words in mediaeval age. Therefore, it came to the following conclusions:Firstly, the rhymes in Jiang Shiquan's opera system reflects the categories of the southern dialect in the Qing Dynasty; Secondly, the development of language is influenced with other dialects; Thirdly,, voice is not static,, it changes from complex to simple;Finally, drama language and communicate language is distinct.These conclusions on the research of the history of Chinese phonetics and dialects in the Qing Dynasty has certain value and significance.This essay is divided into five chapters.The first two chapters carry on the simple introduction of Jiang Shiquan and his works, defines the research object of this essay for Jiang Shiquan 1368 of opera. The second chapter on Jiang Shiquan's opera with rhyme has carried on the comprehensive research, the essay of 2528 rhyme words,9257 times entering tone were analyzed and summarized; All came to the conclusion that the 21 rhymes that Jiang used in his drama. The essay also analyzed the phenomenon of combined rhyme and out-rhyme appeared in Jiang's drama.The third chapter analyzed the rhyme words in Jiang Shiquan's drama,the focus fell on the words that belonged to two rhyme.In addition,it texted the entering tone words in Jiang's drama.The fouth chapter compared the rhyme used by Jiang Shiquan with those by Tang Xianzu.
